Design

So you come to us with an idea. Whether you require industrial work wear, classic corporate wear or promotional clothing we will talk it through with you and offer advice on the best fabrics and finishes for the job. There’s a huge choice open to you and it's important we discuss the possibilities.

The next step is to construct a prototype of your garment. This is to ensure that all the details we have discussed are as functional as they are attractive.

Our design team can create unique styles from scratch that match your requirements.
Or we can simply make modifications to the design of your existing garments, making them more appropriate for the way in which they will be worn.
Or we can follow your own design to a T.

You can be as involved as much or as little as you want to be in the design process.

Production

Our dedicated Customer Relations Officer (CRO) will monitor your order from the outset to ensure that delivery is on time and up to the quality standard for which PJK is renowned.

The primary stages of production: sewing & finishing; quality control & packaging are all headed by very well experienced professionals.

Our embroidery machines give precision rendering of logos and corporate colours can be matched to a wide spectrum of threads.

Alternatively, we can screen print your logo on the fabric. See our Personalisation options.

Our Warehouse facilities can hold stock on your behalf and distribute direct to franchised outlets or depots.
